Our girls are growing so fast and so much! Our baby, Ashley (20 months), is just such a sweetheart. She makes us smile all the time! I don't know how much longer I'll keep up Ashley's word list because she is saying so much these days. She will say (or try to say anyway) any word you ask her to! She follows simple directions so nicely; just say "Ashley, go get your shoes" and she will! What a good listener! Her favorite song to sing is "Itsy Bitsy Spider." Her favorite food of all time is still tomatoes! Ashley is really into playing with the kitchen set, shopping cart, dollies, and play food. I think she's going to be our gentle, caring one!
Our big girl Abigail is our little spitfire still! She's such a smooth talker... she tries so hard to get what she wants, when she knows she shouldn't. It's so hard to be firm in parenting sometimes! She's always been a vocal girl, which can be so helpful, yet challenging sometimes. When she says, "Hi, I'm Abby and this is my sister Ashley. What's your name?" to everyone we walk by in the store, I'm ready for earplugs! She's definitely a hands-on little girl; constantly touching her sister's hands and face, needing to hold mommy's hand up and down the stairs (why did that start?). She's in swimming lessons again and loves it. Abby loves to watch her favorite shows: Dora & Care Bears, and any movie. This girl could watch movie after movie nonstop if we let her!
