Miss Abby had her Kindergarten Music Program tonight. Her class (and the other Kindergarten classes) sang the cutest songs. My brave little Abby even had a little speaking part and she did great! We practiced her lines over and over the last few days.
I have to share what Abby said to me right when we woke up this a.m. First off, I was wearing shorts for jammies (instead of long pants) and she noticed right away. She's very excited to wear summer clothes (aren't we all?!). She said, "You don't really look like a mommy. You look like a big sister." I immediately gave her a high five and said thank you! Way to make my day, Miss Abby :)
