Strike!!

Well, today is the very first Nurses Strike I've ever been a part of in my 8 years of being a Registered Nurse. It's a very awkward feeling being home during my 8-hour shift this evening. No work, no pay, but it's only one day. I sure hope the agency nurses are working hard and really earning every cent of their $2000 today! We all are hoping for a decent agreement between Fairview and MNA. Please, please make there be no other strike and just settle!
