Ashley, suddenly sick

So, not only did we find out Abby has mono, but we were on our way to our friends' house in Elko when little Ashley dramatically cried "My belly hurts, my belly hurts!" About 2 minutes later, she barfed. She tried to catch it all in her hands, but of course it dripped all over her and the car seat. Poor poor sweetie. This came out of nowhere!!! I've never seen Ashley look so pale on that car ride home. Fortunately, we returned home, she snapped out of it, slept with a bucket (that stayed clean), and woke up completely fine. How weird.

Lessons learned:

1. Children are unpredictable.

2. Always have wipes in your purse (thank God!).

3. Arranged plans can go awry in a matter of moments!
